Pack Securely
Ensure the adhesive containers are tightly sealed and placed in their original shipping box with the RMA number clearly labeled on the exterior.
Ship the Product
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are unopened and undamaged, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
